YAS.life – Reward System

and Health Management

About YAS.life

Motivation for staying healthy

YAS.life is an Android and iOS app that rewards people for staying healthy. Users get points when going for a run, playing volleyball or just cleaning around the house. They can also sync their steps & activities from their favorite tracker. Users can turn their points into discounts from top brands such as Garmin, SportScheck and nu3.

Goals for a better health

Users can stay on track with their health by setting goals from 3 different categories: Fitness, Nutrition and Mental Well-being. Goals can either be tracked by connecting a tracker or by manual input from the user (e.g. for the Sugarfree goal). Goals can last for up to 4 weeks, and the user can keep track of each of his/her goals from the dedicated Goals screen.

Challenges to keep you going

Go social and compete with your friends. Users can create groups with their social connections and compete each week. Moreover, they can take part in challenges organised by the YAS team every month. Through these challenges, they can get even more points and win exclusive products.
