Analyse the problem and understand its implications. Resonate with the end user and uncover his or her needs and expectations. Define the competitive landscape and identify strategic opportunities.

Clearly lay out the solution for the problem. Understand trade-offs and how they impact the final product. Manage expectations and align stakeholders on the final solution.
Build
Translate design and user flows into stable and maintainable code. Cover edge cases and meet acceptance criteria. Demo the product to stakeholders as early as possible.
Improve
Get real world feedback and integrate it into the product. Combine insights with experience and intuition. Bridge the gap between minimum viable product and a delightful user experience.
